This is to make it easier for those who have had troubles
cloning the "Table Rate" shipping module.

This file contains 3 clones (allowing you to have 4 Table Rate shipping
methods/modules). If you need more than 4 Table Rate Shipping Modules
installed in your store, you should be able to figure out how to create more
by looking at the cloned files.

The file structure is set to match that of Zen Cart 1.3.x - and as such can
be uploaded without over-writing any other files, there are no changed
needed to your database with this mod either.

This module has been tested on Zen Cart version 1.3.7 & 1.3.8a and I am
currently using it on a live store with no problems - there are no
guarantee's from my self or others that this will work for your store,
please use at your own risk, and backup your store before making any changes
(with this module or others- better safe then sorry).
