By default, Zen Cart only allows you to set one price for "Per Item" shipping.

Shipping is more expensive for international orders so these modules were created with that in mind.
These modules allow you to set a different price for national and international.

These files are clones of the original item.php file.
You don't need to use the template override system because you won't be replacing any files.

For these modules to work correctly, you will need to create 2 separate shipping zones.
One zone will include your country (National).
The other zone will include the rest of the world. (Internatioal)
