- libxml-2.4.14 or later. libxml installs a DOM XML library that is used to construct and parse XML messages.
Learn more about libxml at http://us2.php.net/manual/en/ref.domxml.php.
Note: This DOM XML library runs on PHP 4, but not on PHP 5.
