Blank Screen, Empty Screen, Failed Redirection

When you click "Add to cart", it failed and shows blank screen.

When you click categories with only 1 product, it failed to redirect to product page.

When you try to checkout, it goes blank page at checkout_shiping.

If you enable debug mode, you will see errors listed below:

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/content/html/zencart/includes/functions/html_output.php:24) in /home/content/html/zencart/includes/init_includes/init_templates.php on line 78

But there's nothing wrong with "init_templates.php on line 78". It's due the other core files that were corrupt by blank characters at the end of the file.

If you are using NOTEPAD or Dreamweaver to edit your zencart files, you may be the victim. It requires to reinstall the complete zencart to recover the site.
