eWay XML instant payment module

??eWay XML?? Is a very tidy payment system, it's fast and the customer never leaves your site.

This module is adapted from an archived module by networkdad (thanks for that one).
It was desperate for a bit of attention so I have shared my improved version.
It now supports the CVN gateway: it never actually worked before so if you've seen it on another site it may have just been for show.
It now shows error messages properly when the transaction is declined, etc.
It no longer writes to temporary files for added security and speed. It also makes installation easier.

This was not endorsed or approved by eWay, but it works for me!
