AustPost - improved

This zencart module has been created as a replacement of the current AusPost module
that has (apparently) been around for several years. (well, it is a replacement for me. Many of you may prefer the original).

I created this module because I found the original module had several shortcomings that I thought needed to be addressed, or could simply be done a little nicer.

For starters, this is an 'all in one' module. It supports Regular, Express, Air, Sea & COD (with or without insurance) all within a single configuration window. Those of you that have used the existing auspost module(s) will probably appreciate the simpler 'maintainance' of this module.

Shipping options can be turned on and off independant of each other.

Works regardless of whether you weigh your items in grams or kilos.

The module assumes that an Australian (or someone living here) will be using the module, as such, I have made it 'smart' enough to correctly only show valid options to any given purchaser (ie, other Australians will not be offer "AIR" or "SEA" deliveries, and overseas purchasers will not see the express next day delivery option).
It does this *without* needing to specify 'zone' files.

This module supports COD as a shipping option (this is arguably a payment option rather than a shipping method), but having it here not only allows a COD's to have its own handling fee as well as the COD fee itself, it also shows the customer how much they can expect to pay in comparison to the other methods. The existing zencart COD module simply adds a premium to the total on checkout.
