Hello programmers,

1st Modification.

I am in need of a couple of modifications to my Zencart.

First of all a need a Newsletter module with some filters, you can either mofided thte one that comes with zencart or make a new one.

The filter that I need should let me choose between all the fields that users uses to register and also the order the user made.

For example, so we can make it clear. If I only want to send a newsletter for people that are from Spain and order only product #1 I should be able to do this. Or to people from Spain that has made any order of any product or no orders at all.

Also I should be able to choose from a date range meaning only sending newsletter to people that has register from this date to this other date.

I also need this module to send the emails in html format no matter what the preference the users have chosen is.

It would be good also if I can program the newsletter to be sent on a particular date.

2nd. Modification.

I need a tooltip to be added when people are choosing from the shipping methods, a little question mark with a text to be shown and when people go with the mouse over it it will show a little box with the content (not a popup but a tooltip).
