Description:

need to add an input box for each item for recording a codes to the desription during check out (this is needed to be based on a new setting on product type to control the on-off status). This code needed to be display in a colomn on admin/stats_sales_report.php for each item and be able to export these code in cvs as a cell column. On this page also need to add an additional pull down menu of product type filter based on admin log in first name (for admin level = 5,6,7). For example if admin= sony-admin then he can see all product type with "stock-sony"
also need to add send gift certificate or coupons to all customers in a price group. so need to add something like "all members in sony-shanghai price group" on the pulll down menu. Need full documentation of what has beed changed

I also need to add button for adding product type, of course it should automatically add records to db.
