We want to start a new website and we have no time to set it up ourselves. Here are the details:

Expected time to completion of project (max): 30 days
Main pages created in either vivvo, subdreamer or other popular CMS program that works well. Should be able to handle more than 1000 visitors per day without lag.
Welcome page, 3 different sample sections on different topics, zencart, forum, news and a locked member section (see below for more info on each). Pages should have customized skin and especially the welcome page needs to be done nicely. You should have some graphic/artwork skills so you can help us make it look good.
The skin will be based on a nature/mud look. We have pictures you can use for material. Its basically people fully dressed (no porno!) splashing around/fighting in mud. Yes! A kind of mud wrestling ;-)
Member section. Paying members can browse more pictures, texts and possible videos for download. Should be a neat looking gallery of some sort with possibility to rate pictures and, if possible, other basic add-on options to make it look/function nice. Member section should be linked to a payment system supporting Visa and other main CC.
Zencart section. Also with customized skin and linked to a payment system for all major CC.
Forum section. Any popular/reliable forum software. Customized skin ala main pages.
News section with similar skin. Latest news also displayed as a short notice on the welcome page.
Other things:
Should be possible to easily upload updates/new pictures/material into the gallery/member section (also in batch).
Everything should have an option to be multi language in the future (but not done at this time).
Would be great with samples of previous work/referrals in private message.
