Hello,

**We are in tire and wheel industry.

**Project needs to be done within 2 Days.

**We have jpg of layout that we want, provider will have to design similar to jpg provided. (i would still need to edit some of the items on this jpg that will be provided.)

**Flash header (also have example of how i want)

**must create inner pages. (header navigation bar must show up for all inner pages and same color background thats it)

**must install onto server.

**must create favicon image of a tyre.

**must create "Free Shipping logo"

**must make mouse over when mouse hoovers on top of navigation buttons.
