This project is for a website that will be very similar to http://www.tcmtests.com/.

Pay special attention to the different types of tests there are under the sample section along with flash cards etc.

The main difference with our site is that our site will provide a place to select per topic have a few pages of instruction and then have tests are the instruction.

It needs to have a graphical GUI backend for us to manage the test questions data bank which is SECURE.

The backend for the purchasing a subscribtion and managing users can be ZenCart.

Please use open source software where you can. This is a student website so please be considerate of the price. Please keep in mind we will pay you in the future as we update the site.

Do not bid on this unless you have experience in this type of website and you have a portfolio of SIMILAR websites. I do not bid on companies that send me 100 random websites they did in India.

Please be considerate of the time and also post an accurate estimate of time progress. Please also give me stage times.
