I would like to get a freelancer with all or 1 of the following skills to build Joomala and or Dreamweaver sites for end customers (small/mid businesses).
1) I get approx. 2-3 customers per month needing site build and some (not all) request need a gui interface to maintain their own websites also (not manditory to have gui but please indicate if you can do this). Looking for a good freelancer at a reasonable price to help build websites for my clients. Also programmer must be able to build forms, be able to build sites from scratch referencing template of customer desire. Photoshop a must since clients want pics modified etc., Joomla or Dreamweaver is a must (please specify which one you know).
2. If you can also integrate zencart/osscommerce would be a plus (but not necessary). Maybe even project mgt of getting site shopping carts going is a plus (working directly with the client).
3. Additionally, would like to have option to have programmer update sites/maintain them if frequent updates are needed per month ongoing by clients (willing to charge clients ad hoc change charges ongoing). If you just want to do this type of activity (be a maintainer), looking for people to "maintain websites" ongoing...even if you don't do 1 or 2 above building the existing websites.
Prefer to have developer be in Canada or the US but not required since clients are US and Canadian. I must have access to projects created to do ongoing content updates for clients since all clients will need creative messaging help by me personally. Thus important that I have access to dreamweaver files and/or Joomla access.
