Description:

Currently run an online Zencart store and 2 brick and mortar stores.
The real-life inventory is extracted daily from the point-of-sale software into a text file, which is automatically uploaded via ftp to the webserver, where a custom-written php/sql script "translates" the data and updates the Zencart, therefore making the online inventory match the real-life inventory.

The system runs automatically via schedulers.

the programmer that wrote the script is no longer around. We need to:

-add categories and subcategories of products (we can do this in the POS software and in the Zencart, but the script must be updated to handle the information appropriately)
-we want to add the Vendor field to the report so that the products can be sorted by vendors online (again, we can add it ourselves to the report, but the script must be ammended to handle the information)
-be available on a semi-regular basis as the need arises to make other changes to the script (mayve 4/5 times per year)

The script will be made available to serious bidders who provide excellent references.
