Description:

Looking for a software professional proficient in PHP/Mysql to a establish and manage a team of PHP coders.
You should be:
- an experience of atleast 3 years as coder
- capable enough to comprehend client requirements and design (process, database etc) application accordingly.
- readily available to respond through email, IM or phone in US Time Zone for critical situations.
- should have experience in working with atleast one CMS eg, Oscommerce/Zencart, Joomla, Drupal, Vivvo etc. By working, we mean you must have read the PHP code, understood it and customized it as per the requirements.
- Good command over English written(primarily) and spoken(secondary) so that you can communicate with clients directly (if required)
- willing to submit detailed time sheet report daily .

It would be a plus:
- if you can work in US time zone.
- if you have experience with Java.
- if you can work in shifts eg 4 hrs in IST and 4 hrs in PST
