I am creating a new website and I am looking for an online T-Shirt Creator where customers can visit my website and design/create custom designs on T-shirts, hooded sweatshirts, sweatpants, shorts, duffel bags, mouse pads, or what ever I decide to sell next.
I would like it to be a standalone application that will be able to be 100% uploaded to my web server and not be dependent on a third party server. No fonts or images are necessary, I will upload my own.
I would like the customer to see their creation but isn't 100% necessary, see links below for some ideas. I'd like the option to use the built in designs or for users to upload their own.
This needs to be able to total up costs for the different options as well as be compatible with shopping carts such as Zencart, Cubecart, or any of the other popular carts I may decide to go with.

These are completely different apps so when you place your bid let me know which design you you feel most comfortable doing.
I am also looking for a similar application that will custom design signs and banners similar to this, http://www.realtimedesigner.com/hypergen/index.php?generator_id=1
but with a smoother more appealing design.
I have a budget of $400-$700 but I'm willing to pay more for the more complex designs, but at this point I'm not sure which style I want to go with and will be determined in the bidding process.
