Description:
I am running Zencart and need some new versions of the invoice page plus some totally new pages and other installations on Zencart.
"Installations" on Zencart:
Barcode field must be add to items (Zencarts barcode contribution may suffice)
(A general note about the upcoming pages: after every barcode scan (this will be explained) there must be a beep from the computer either a "good" beep telling the worker it's OK or a "bad" beep telling the worker he either did something wrong or must stop to take a picture exc.)
New versions of invoice:
I need one page that shows all items in pending orders. This page must also show a small picture of the item. This page will receive input form a barcode scanner (the barcode scanner will shoot out the barcode number with an enter or tab afterward). Every item on all the pending orders will be scanned by our worker. After every single scan (good beep) the website will show the order number associated with that item. If the item scanned is not on any of the pending orders the site will beep (bad beep) to let the worker know. After seeing the order number on the screen the worker will proceed to the box designated to that order. (Each one of the designated boxes will have on it a barcode of the order number.) Before placing the item in the box the boxes barcode must be scanned to ensure it is being placed in the right box. If it is not the right box the computer must beep (bad beep) to let the worker know.
If it is the right box (good beep) the site must make note of this as follows:
Case1: the item was not scanned - color should be light red
Case2: the item was scanned and put in correct box and there are no more of the same item in that specific order - color should be green
Case3: the item was scanned and put in the correct box however there are more of the same item for the same order - color should be light yellow and the number of items packed should be marked clearly next to the total items needed.
New page for keeping stock:
Every item in our store is assigned a "shelf" (this value is stored in tax_id or something similar). Stock of the store will be taken one shelf at a time. The worker will go to shelf.php type in the shelve number that he is ready to take stock of. Then he starts scanning every item on the shelf. After every single time an item is scanned the site check the database to see if that item is enabled or not and also whether it exists in the database or not.
Case1:The item exists in the database and is enabled - do nothing (good beep)
Case2:The item exists in the database and is disabled - enable the item (good beep)
Case3:The item dose not exist in the database - computer must beep "update" to notafy the worker that he must take a picture of the item and insert it into the database.
After completing the scanning of the whole shelf the worker must click a "completed shelf" button. Then the site will disable all of the items that contained that shelf number but wasn't scanned.
