Hi,

I am looking for someone with knowledge and experience of Zencart. I require a website designed to my specification and then the addition of a few certain add ons, which I will explain after picking the winner.The website must look professional and a logo for our company is neccessary. The domain name and hosting service have been purchased, however the website is not designed. This is a very easy job for the right candidate. My budget is $150 for this project, however ther will be work in the near future with a larger budget.

I will require the creation of a website which will sell furniture. I really like the following design and would like to mimic this template design:

However I would like the colour scheme changed as it is too dark, and also create a theme around our business name of Heavenly Home.

Also I like the following add ons and would like these installed:

Ideally I would like the same menu at the top as this website. But the menu should be below my website header and logo...whereas with this site it is above the company header and logo.

I like the change of image background colour as you scroll over the image, and the live support. So if you could incorporate these into my site also.

There are other add ons which are required, roughly another 3-4 add ons which are required.

Although my budget for this project is not very high, I will have another 4 projects in the near future, with a larger budget, which the winner will be given preference before advertising the project on the net. Also the winner will be required in the future, to maintain all four sites with regular updating of the sites. Of course these projects will be paid accordingly. So this is a long term role.

I wish to establish a long term business relationship as I foresee our company growing rapidly, and our sites will require constant maintanence and updating in accordance to our brief. So for the right candidate this is a long term relationship which will increase in pay and amount of work as we grow.
