I need a website that will work like Cafepress: "create and buy" and "shop/buy" only.
"Customer create&Sell" feature not needed. Prefer this using ZenCart.

I want to be able to install or host it in my own server and domain.

Products I have:
1" 2.25" 3" 6" buttons and magnets.

THE INTERFACE
The very important part of this project is the "Cafepress-like" interface in ordering a customized button.

I have 4 button sizes and only 3 can be ordered with custom design/image. 2.25" 3" and 6".
I want the customer to be able to upload their own logo or photos or any image format (.jpg, .png, .gif .pdf) files. Should check if it's valid file type (as mentioned) and will only upload if valid. It will then should give a preview of that the button will look like with their uploaded image. Also to validated the image size and resolution (300dpi, max 10MB) or that too big?? (I would like to be able to modify the file size somewhere).

The cart show show the product with the uploaded design.

I don?t know how the Cafepress Admin area works, but In ZenCart the default upload a file to order, don?t email the link to the file and I have to check the database (MySQL) to look for the filename. I would like the uploaded file(or link to the uploaded file) --- VERY IMPORTANT, the product preview to be included in the ?New order notification email? together with the rest of the essential information.

I have ZenCart website before and I pretty much know how to use the admin area. So just this modification with the custom ordering will be a great plus!

THE DESIGN
Like Cafepress, main area is white with rounded corner.
I want Gray (#383838) for the page background.

I want the logo on the same spot (topmost left) and the same info on the top-right:
